Hello,
When our users try to send an email to a Contact in Dynamics the From field is blank and uneditable. When someone hits "Send" they get an error that says "No Sender Found. The email must have a sender. Select a sender."
We have server-side synchronization set up (if that matters). This seems to have become an issue when we transitioned to the new UI. Has anyone else had this issue and know how to solve it?
