Error connecting Twitter handle to Omnichannel

Good morning!

I'm having a little trouble connecting Omnichannel to the Twitter APIs using the instructions at learn.microsoft.com

I have been able to create a channel, and have been able to use the API key and secret for this.

The issue I'm facing is that whenever I attempt to add a Twitter handle, it comes back with an error "Authentication failed - please try again":

The Twitter Dev Environment is set up correctly, and I have checked I'm using the correct environment name.

Has anybody got any experience of how to get past this?

    I have now resolved this issue - I needed to set the Read/Write permission on Twitter's Developer Portal
