We have a custom table we created that is parental to both contacts and orders. We want to bulk import a lot of these and relate them to specific contacts and orders.
My question is what fields do we need to add for both the Contacts and Orders in order to have the imported records related to them?

So actually I think it may be the opposite? Basically a contact or order would have many cases under it.

Hi,
As you said you have a custom entity which is parental to Contact and Orders.
Which means custom entity will have multiple contacts and orders.
In this scenario, you have to first import data in custom entity. After import complete for custom entity then import data for contacts entity and set the custom lookup value field during import.
Same applies to orders as well.
During import check mapping for lookup it should match based on name of custom entity not the id.
