Skype Integration Error

Hello ,  i am trying to integrate skype with my dynamics crm , i read forums and ideas and made changes accordingly. Still I am not able to call via Skype from dynamics. I am attaching photos of my customizations.

Enable presence for the system : ON

Select provider for Click to call : Skype to business

    Yes  Satish , I tried both the link , added  skype extensions , tried on all browsers . Still !  For Skype business it is working , but not for Skype !!!!! I have configured each customiztion as per the documentation

    Hello,

    Is it happening on all browsers ? If you are using chrome /Firefox, you would need to install click-to-call plugin in browser and enable it. You can find more details here - support.skype.com/.../what-is-the-skype-extension

    Also, You can review this article to ensure all the steps are followed - docs.microsoft.com/.../set-up-skype-or-skype-for-business

    Whenever I go to fields like Business phone or Mobile and click on call , It ask me to choose an app . I do already have Skype installed on my System ,but its not showing Skype and I do have install Skype Click to Call Extension.

    Also , If I have install Skype Business, It is taking me to Skype business,I am able to fetch number but  is not able to call.

    Tried all 4 Browser .

    I want to integrate Skype  not Skype business.

    Settings>>Administration - YEs, option is  Enabled

    Hello Jainil,

    I understand that you are attempting to integrate Skype with Dynamics 365 to allow click to call using Skype.

    From the screenshots, it appears you are configured correctly on the Power Platform Admin Center.

    What happens when you click on a phone number in Dynamics 365 from a contact record?  

    • Do you get an error? 
    • Does it open a new tab in your browser?
    • Does it work any browser such as Chrome, Edge, IE, Firefox etc?
    • Inside of Dynamics 365, do you have the option enabled under Administration settings?
      • Settings>>Administration

    Please provide any additional screenshots that may show more to help understand the issue that you are experiencing with Skype integration?
