I am getting a label request error -- Label Request to USPostal was not successful for package P1004843. Result code was 1001. Result text was : Missing or invalid element: ToPhone. Error encountered ( Log ID) -

I am shipping to Canada. Could this be a setup issue with either USPS or Navision?

You miss <ToPhone> element in your request from NAV. Seems like on USPS side it has been set as mandatory for requests.

I don't know which fiels in NAV linked with <ToPhone> element, but you need to fill it.

seems that field ToPhone is mandatory and was not filled.

i think, thats not standard nav. could be a customization or an addin. best contact the provider of the addin or your nav partner.
