Hello Customer Service Experts,
Is there an OOTB functionality to color code a specific case record based on priority field?
If there is none, can it be done programmatically.
Please help.
Regards,
Jolas365
Hi Jolas365,
Unfortunately, there are no any OOB functions to specific case record based on priority field in the view.
However, I can’t find any ways that can show different row background-color based on field value, there are other ways to highlight cases depending on priority.
(1) Show different row text-color based on field value.

But this link is very old and I'm not quite sure if it will work on the new version.
(2) Show different color in cell based on field value.

(3) Show different icon in priority column based on field value.
