recieved message while posting invoice or vouchers that you cant change GL entry table it is lock by another user.

That means some other user posting in the same time. Probably, it is some big journal. It can be often case when you use Automatic Cost Adjustment, but can be some another posting. What NAV version you use?

You can see who is causing the issue from the sessions (in classic version 2009R2 and lower);
There is really nothing much that you can do (except get a modification to set a batch job i.e. posting will queue and run batch job not on peak hours). You can set a longer timeout duration;
