I have been running Finance imports via DMF and they are set to automatic execution as batch. Quite some had been running to status "Error" and I have restarted these by changing batch job status to "Waiting". The ones which had stopped recently had been restarting and execution is fine. Batch jobs which had been in "Error" status longer than seven days are not restarting and the status changed to "Failed". Is there an expiration time period in D365 which has to be observed? Can I manage the expiration period?
Thanks,
Thomas
Thanks for your reply. That sounds reasonable as I have been uploading files.
You should look for more details to the execution log.
But my assumption is that the file to import isn't available anymore. When you upload a file, it's saved in a temporary storage and removed after some time. I don't know if the period is a week, but it may be. (My understanding it that you're importing an uploaded file.)
