We have multiple SLAs which is set through a workflow on assign of the case. The set of SLA through workflow is done successfully, but after that nothing happens about our SLA. Seems, that SLA not working. We are using CRM 365 8.2.

Make sure the SLA has activated.What happen if you trigger SLA when you do action manually, I mean without workflow does SLA working ?
Are you getting any error in the SLA items?
I know this is very tough to find out the root cause ,however you can try to create very simple SLA and check if that is working fine or not. Then check one by one SLA items .
