GP e-Mails setup with MFA

We are working on an e-mails setup for one of our clients.  They are on GP18.6 and need to use the MFA functionality.  We've completed the setup and have an application ID and are able generate e-mails from GP without error, but the emails are not sending once in Office 365.  In Office 365 they generate the following message.  The message is the same regardless if the user is internal or external.  Any thoughts as to how to troubleshoot or resolve?

    Thanks for reaching out on the GP forums.  I don't think this is specific to Dynamics GP. The error '550 5.7. 708 Service unavailable. Access denied, traffic not accepted from this IP' typically occurs when you send an email message from an IP address that has a low reputation. This issue is more likely to affect new customers, such as those who have a Microsoft 365 trial subscription.

    I have also seen where you can provide your IP address and exception so then emails will send.
