Hi,
I have the following problem, when receiving an item with license plate grouping:
On my mobile device menu item, license plate grouping is ticked, work creation process is: Purchase order item receiving and put away.
In my unit sequence group, Stk. is ticked for license plate grouping.
Calculation is: 9520 Stk = 1 Pallet
So, in my opinion, the system should now create 2 license plates with 9520 Stk. on each LP.
I don't know where the problem is :(

You will be able to proceed just fine, if you use a menu item with Work creation process: Purchase order item receiving
Without putaway.
The current logic in WMDP does not allow to take you through 2 or more putaway operations, which is what would be required here.
So there's no problem with creating the work, just with executing it right away by the same worker.

my understanding of license plate grouping concept is, that if LP grouping is ticked, then received quantity is grouped into ONE license plate. To receive multiple license plates, you need to use unit without LP grouping. Try to enter qty 2 and unit PL instead of 19040 and stk. Now AX should generate receive of two license plates
I have the same issue, did you find a solution to this?
Did you try pallet as "Default unit for purchase and transfer" and tick "License plate grouping"?
The item have variants?

This is my setup for the unit sequence group.
In the location directive, "allow split" is ticked. But i have tried both, ticked and unticked.
The Problem stays the same.
What is your setup for pallet in the unit sequence group?
Is in the location directive in the tab lines the field "Allow split" ticked?
