How to create a basic PTO workflow

Hi,

I wanted to create a basic PTO workflow where manager's approval is required. Can anyone help guide me on the basic steps of setup.

    Hi Nidhi,

    You can open the workflow designer. Add a step for the approval and choose the assignment mode 'managerial hierarchy'. A stop condition should be set on manager level 1.

    Hi Nidhi,

    You should first configure the workflow as André said, then add it to the PTO leave type.

    However, the system has an OOB manager approval workflow. Does it meet your needs?
