Location Directive Consolidate Strategy doesn't work with Volumetric Location Storage

Hi All,
 
I am processing Purchase Order receiving using Ad. warehouse management. I have set up location profile with Usable location volume. Defined warehouse Physical dimension on released product. 
 
Location directive action strategy= Consolidate.  
e.g Defined Item R0003
 
Location Profile:
 
 
 
R0003 received once in location 10-E-01-2
 
Next time when i try to received the same item then it is not considering volumetric criteria however suggesting same location because of strategy = Consolidation. Am i missing someting?

    Have you tried the Usable fields instead of the Actual fields - at least that seems logical it is those fields that are the relevant ones?

    would you check the Dims/Volume fields in the Location level. navigate to the locations form, find available Volume /weight and make sure the Values are getting updated for the specific location.  Dims/Volume details should flow from the location profile to the locations. then system will check the Dims of the location and match to the Item Dims.
