Quote Template Rich Text form

Hello all!

Not sure if there is any easy answer to this one, but I have created some multiline Rich Text field on my quote form.

However, when I export my quote into a pdf document, or to a word document, the rich text formatting that was entered on my quote form does not display on my export.

Did anyone figured out how to resolve this?

I'm assuming there is a way to do this, otherwise what's the point of having rich text field if they can't be used in documents, but I have not figured out how, although on my template XML mapping, I did use Rich text field...

    Hi,

    Unfortunately I faced the same issue not too long ago and found this:

    As it seems you cannot use rtf in export templates mantaining the text formatting if you are exporting from the entity.

    If you are exporting from a correlated entity and you put the rtf field in a repeat control field the text (or image) will disappear.

    I'm also disappointed by this and please if someone knows a workaround or a way to fix I will be very grateful
