can some one tell me how can i assign role to a AX user to cancle product receipt ???
Hi waseem,
You need to assign the following duty-privilige to the role that is assigned to the user you want :
Duty:PurchPackingSlipCorrectionMaintain , label :Maintain product receipt corrections
Privilege:VendPackingSlipCorrectionProcess, label : Process product receipt corrections

But you must find the role that is assigned to the user to add the duty/privilige to it.

The above suggested posts will let you control the Permission to the cancel button in the product receipt journal of a purchase order. If that is our requirement as I understood.

I would recommend having a look at what Andre shared above.
This explains what privileges' you need to add to your role.
Creating a new role only for canceling a product receipt does not seem to make much sense to me unless the person that has the role assigned does nothing else than canceling product receipts.

Alright, you can check which rule, duty is having access to reverse the PR from security configuration and then you can give that role to user.
Or else, the nice document shared by Andre, take help from that and add the duty and privilege to existing role of the user.
