We currently are using MS GP 2018 on RDS 2016 and are having a lot of issues with latency and slowness.
I would like to do a few things:
1) Does Scale Out file servers works between two different datacenters? I am hoping the UPD's will be faster.
2) if my file server is in Azure, and my GP and RDS is onprem, will that take a performance hit?
