How do you reverse a purchase receipt when the item has been put-away in the warehouse?

Assuming you're only using put-aways and no other advanced warehouse functionality, you can delete the posted put-away document. Then in the posted receipt you will be able to use the undo function.

if the put away is posted, items move to a different putaway bin. As a result, the undo receipt won't work even if user move the items back to the receive bin.

user needs to finished the invoicing and reverse it. Then user needs to create a new purchase order. this sounds crazy but BC works this way.
