Few Users are getting AOS unavailable on Terminal logins.
Note - AOS Is Up and working for other users..
Ax client is Published using Remote App and working for most of the users except some are getting the above error.
Checked Network connections which are all ok, Reset User profile on Terminal servers, Tried other AXC configs but same error
This looks something related to Terminal server User profile which is taking some older configurations of AXC files.

AX is working now after User account password was reset from AD server.
earlier user had done a password reset from laptop but it was still same.
Issue is resolved Thanks Guys for posting.

Thats what we too thought as other users can open AXC files too except two users.
we will open a ticket with MS
Hi Josh,
When the settings in the AXC file are correct and no firewall is blocking the connection, in that case, you can create a ticket for Microsoft Support.

We were supposed to open a ticket with MS but just wanted to check on the forum if anyone has faced similar issues since it is related to some accounts only.
If you are using AX 2012 R3 then please raise a support case for further analysis
