I am noticing that when running a journey that is a delay of around 1 hour from the scheduled start time of an email to its delivery. Could this have anything to do with the Coordinated Universal Time setting?
1. Check the scheduled time zone in the journey if it's correct,
2. In the settings (gear icon in the upper right corner next to your profile), go to "personalization settings" and change the "Set the time zone you are in".
Hope it would be enough to help ;)
Otherwise it might be also an issue if the amount of the mails is to big
