Hello,
I am trying to create a "preferred vendor list" using Dynamics Customer Service CRM. I have a view created and I want to sort based on a custom multi-select column category, and ultimately populate a formatted PDF document with current contact data.
I basically want to curate an up-to-date list in CRM, and easily produce a published document to share.
I have had success with a similar project doing the following: Export view to dynamic sheet in Excel>Mail merge "directory" template in Word> Publish PDF.
The issue is that this new list must be sorted alphabetically into custom defined industry categories.
I cannot seem to figure this out and am hoping someone out there had a method or trick to pull it off.
