How can i send a email directly to a queue from a new contact such that it creates a email,case and a contact

Iam getting a case created if i send a email to a queue Directly.
But case is not getting created if i forward a mail to the mailbox on the queue...
Can i know the reason for not getting a case created?
Hi,
Please check the case creation condition in your rule. You can also check the system job if the Automatic case creation processed failed.
When a case is created from forwarded mail, the customer on case record probably will be set to the user that forwarded that email and not the original sender. You can use a plugin to get the original sender information.
