error during final step of data upgradation

I have upgraded database from 2009 to 2015 and now I am doing data upgrade . After 5-6 hours of progress of data upgrade I get below error.

The value of the Riunione field cannot be converted to the Option datatype.
The possible option values are: ' ,Meeting,Phone Call'.

I exported all the objects in text and searched for  "Riunione" . There is no field present named "Riunione". Only the options values in ITALY for the field "Type" of tables to-do, activity step present 

option values ENU=" ,Meeting,Phone Call";ITA=" ,Riunione,Telefonata"

I tried deleting italy values ITA=" ,Riunione,Telefonata" but didn't help. I tried deleting all the data of these tables but still problem is same . evry time it takes 5-6 hours to show same error.

    Hi, NavTech,

    I think in NAV 2009 you are using ITALY Version so the Record value is "Rieunione" which is the ITA Translation of Meeting. NAV is automatically taking the Options ITA =" ,Riunione,Telefonata".

    But when you are upgrading the Database from 2009 to 2015 the Record data Rieunione is not finding the Option in ITA, most probably your new NAV(2015) is taking default English ENU. Try using ITA Language Layer.

    if you ran the upgrade step using with english language layer, try to run it with italian lang. layer instead.
