I use per-app licenses for a bunch of users. They use a specific model driven app in Dynamics. The users need to be in a team however, and to assign the users to the correct team, I need to see the users in Dynamics. However they only become visible after first login, which is inconvenient.
My workaround is to give these users a temporary team members license, assign the teams and then remove the license again, but this is not convenient anymore because of the large amount of users.
