Hi

Hi all,

While i am trying to change the customer account on project not able to change it.

while changeing the customer account system give the error "

Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

I guess there is something related to data issue.

So my suggestion will be taking DB backup of production environment and restore it in dev environment.

After restoring DB in dev environment you can debug and find out the issue.

I can able to change in UAT but not in production(Live).

Hi DNJ,

Do you have any customization on this form?

I guess there is some customization on this form - Because of customization you are getting this error.

Check whether you have done any customization.
