Customer Voice Survey as a part of email message - language detection

Hi all,

I am creating a journey with 2 lanes and two emails.

1) English version for the English speaking segment

2) German version for the German speaking segment

I have included anonymous Customer Voice survey in both my email message as per given integration. The survey is also setup with 2 languges, variable locale includes "de" as default value.

What I would like to achieve is following:

When a member of the german speaking segment clicks on the CTA (button) in my German email "go to Survey", the link guides the participant to the correct language version, in this case German survey.

The same should happen for the English speaking audience.

Is there any way to do this?

    I am not familiar with Customer Voice Survey, do you mean that participant need to choose language version manually in survey page?

    Hi Jana,

    Thank you for the question.
    Unluckily, currently we do not provide a possibility to modify Customer Voice Survey URL (for anonymous survey).

    As a workaround, you could create two Customer Voice surveys, one in English and one in German.
