Hi, I am trying to set up email for users, it looks like user has to enter their credentials in the mailbox configuration. It causes account locked out when users change their windows password. I can try to have an impersonation mailbox account to receive and send emails, but is there other way to do this?

    What type of mail server are you connecting to, and what type of connection?  If it's Exchange (which I'm guessing it is), are you doing server-side sync?  If so, they shouldn't have to enter credentials again for the mailbox.

    Interesting - in my tests, I've never had to either use an impersonation account or add credentials other than what I used to log into CRM.  But this implies that you do need one or the other:

    community.dynamics.com/.../277451

    And it does show how the user could set their own password after the change.

    I'll definitely have to pay attention to that in the next stage of testing; haven't done a tonne with it yet.
