Alert rule notification and sending Email not working

Dears

We have dynamics 365 finance and operation (Installed product version : 10.0.24 (10.0.1084.80)Installed platform version : Update48 (7.0.6253.76))

I need to set an alert rule when creating new record in activities table.

I do all the below steps but steal not working

and I checked on Batch group 

But unfortunately there is no notification and an email comes to me

     Hi,

    Please check if your batch for email sending is working and reccurance time

    Also check if your email configurations are working

    In Email parameters form, test connection to make sure you have done right set up.
