Hi,
I cannot directly print to a printer using the Dynamics NAV web client. My only options are to print to PDF, Word, and Excel. Is this because I am on NAV Managed Service?
Thanks

Hi Kat,
I thought this would interest you. Just last week, someone on the Dynamics 365 for Financials (Dynamics 365 Business Edition) forum had an almost identical question to yours. community.dynamics.com/.../233785
Even though they are offered as separate solutions, both NAV and Dynamics 365 for Financials are very closely related from a codebase / binaries perspective.
You'll be interested to note Chris' response on that thread. He works for Microsoft and shared that Microsoft is aware of this and intends to improve this experience.
No immediate solution, but it's on the horizon.
I hope this helps. If my response has answered your question, please verify by clicking Yes next to "Did this answer your question?"
Thanks AJ!
