User creation and deletion log in AX

I have imported few users and given them some roles in AX. Somehow few users got deleted by the Sys Admin users. Is it possible to check details - when user was created and by which user and similarly who deleted and when it was deleted.

Thanks and Regards.

I have full access to System Administration Module

You can collect such information with database logging.

Even though those fields are showing up under AOT > System documentation > Tables > UserInfo, if you Right click > Table browse then they will not be listed, so they are disabled.

You will not be able to tell who has deleted the users historically, if you did not have AX database logging or SQL change tracking enabled - it is only showing moving forward.

Thanks alot Vilmos for your reply. I have checked and yes the fields createdby and date time is there. Is there no way to turn it enabled to view in table browser ?

I have even checked it from SQL Server and these fields are not available.

I am afraid those are kernel level fields, you have no control over that. The solution is as per above - enable some sort of logging in order to capture changes for the future, and revoke Admin rights from users who should not fiddle around with those parts of the system. Typically there should be one admin account only that is a shared account used for installation, and code deployment - that's it.

UserInfo and SysUserInfo tables are for user.

Vendor invoice is VendInvoiceInfoTable, but please note that the cleanup periodic task in Procurement and sourcing module does remove values in there too, if you are doing regular cleanup of PurchParm* tables to maintain/improve PO confirmatino and invoice printing performance.
