    Hello,

Before you update the solution, deactivate the Routing rule sets in destination environment.

    Hi Partner,

I test between different environments and the "Route to" value could be kept after movement.

Rule "1-1" is created in UCI, and "2-2" is created in classic client as your case, both of them could keep the "Route to" value.

If you still can't get the "route to", please share your instance version so that we could help you better.

If my understanding is not correct, please kindly share more details.

    Regards,

    Leo

    Hi Partner,

    Please try the following steps.

1.Publish all the customizations before you export the solution.

2.Publish all the customizations after you importing the solution.

3.Create new rules in UCI and try again.

Could you please share your D365 version to us? On-premise or online?

    Regards,

    Leo

    Hi,

preferred and Best way to move Ruuting Rule Set from one environment to other is to use OOB solution.

Add Routing Rule set in your solution, export the solution and then import in target instance.

Couple of important points to be noted down while importing Routing Rule set. See below link.

    Hi,

It is not migrated because queue/user record guid is different in your target instance. Whatever value you have selected in your source instance must be present in target and GUID should be same then only it will populate.

For now you will have to manually select in your target instance. Or import queue record from source to target instabce using configuration migration tool.
