Hi
I got a problem on a case form. I start from a web page which only has a list view of the entity customer assets. I can open a single customer asset to see the detailed form of it. on that form there is a button "create related record" so i can open a case directly on it. now the problem is the custom lookup field on the case entity isn't prefilled with the customer asset.
Is this even possible?
This is how it looks atm and the third lookup should be filled.

Hi Partner,
If you mean you want to prepopulate the lookup field value , it is possible.
1.Go to Portal Management->Entity Form->find the entity form you need, and go to "Metadata" tab,create a new metedata for your lookup field.
2.Set its default value in Prepopulate section.
You should enter the look up record id here.
