We have two sites in two different cities . In city A we have Sql server and Nav and we want to connect wih SQL server in city A to MS NAV in city B. Currently we can open database in developer environment but we are unable to open it client interface.
So , Please suggest me way to open client interface.

I think that (somewhere) port 7046 is being blocked. Please check if you can login through Web Client.

and the NAV service is running as which user?

Sir, We have taken lease line connection . We can treat there IP as local , we can ping it.
We can open that SQL sever here but the only problem is that we can not open client interface . It gives error "The program could not create a connection to the server".
You should open TCP 7046 port for the NAV Client (RTC). Which kind of connection are you using between you offices?
