Dev box error :Environment type not supported due to missing mandatory certificate

Getting this error on newly deployed dev box. We have followed the steps as to security certificate and azure Entra ID correctly. Microsoft had an initial call and verified the settings as well. No luck.
 
Any idea what might be going on?
 
We have a call with Microsoft later today to dig into this further.
 
Another Edit: None of the integrations are working and even D365 app is not coming up. 
 
Edit: forgot to mention that 
 steps did not work.

    Can you tell where exactly you get this error? Probably you can paste a screenshot here?

    I'm not able to see the error in your update. Can you also tell when exactly the error is raised? Do you also get an error in the Dynamics 365 web client itself?

    In the text you shared, there is no line with "Environment type not supported due to missing mandatory certificate". You mentioned that the error is in the event log. Did you only share the details of the error? If this is found in the Windows event log, did it happen once or multiple times? Is it impacting the Dynamics 365 application itself? Is e.g. a user complaining about a non-functioning feature?

    Hi,
     
    Looking at the logs you have a Flighting issue. Flighting issue usually occurs when there the system is out of memory or if there is a OutOfMemory exception. Your AOS is overloaded. If this is a cloud hosted environment then request you to raise an incident with MS and increase the capacity on this machine or else request MS to re-provision the environment. If this is an on-Premise version then you can request your Azure administrator to increase the capacity on the system.
