workflow not working after changing the domain

Hi all, 

we had to change the domain controller on our environment, which included creating new users. 

and after this the workflow for purchase orders .. etc. is not working. 

no error shows, the PO is not getting approved howerver we tried to. 

any thought of what I'm missing here?

    Hi W.Sallam,

    You need to update the SID for all users; also the admin user. Can you also review the actual start date for the job? If it is a date in the past,  then it is not running at all. In that case, it can be caused by the SID or you need to review the batch server settings. Is there at least one AOS server marked for batch processing and which batch groups are assigned to this batch server?

    I used new users from the new domain and I changed them on workflow parameters,

    should i update the SID for all users?

    the batch jobs for workflow are on "Waiting" status and been like this for days.

    i updated the admin SID on database and other users i replaced them on system administration.

    if the user's Security Identifier  (SID) changes  AX wont allow access to the system.

    Hi W.sallam.

    Can you check if the batch jobs related to the workflow message processing are working correctly?

    You mentioned that users were newly created. Did you also update the Domain and SID ID on the user information table in Dynamics AX?
