Hi I refreshed the data entity list and I am looking for where to publish entities. I looked under:
Data Management: Configure Entity Export to Database
Data Management: Configure Source Data
I don't see to have any other options.
please advise
What exactly do you mean by "to publish"?
"Configure entity export to database" is about exporting data to a separate database (BOYD). The term "publishing an entity" is used with BYOD, but it's not clear whether it's what you want or not.
"Configure data source" (it's not "Configure source data") allows you configure data formats for export and import.
I got the impression that publishing an entity was a step that might need to be taken after refreshing the data entities. It seems that my impression was mistaken.

You need to have sysadmin access.
Please navigate to Data management > Data entities and then choose the entity that you want to publish to your Azure SQL DB and click on Publish:
Then choose the Azure SQL DB source and click on Publish:
You will get pop-up message once it has been published:
