Hi,
I have a customer with several companies and a store for each company, with a POS for each salesperson. The companies use the same salespersons, but they operate different registers, and for some reason when we try to select the salesperson for a transaction on any of those POS, we can only see one (1) of the four (4) salespersons, and is always the same.
Based on this, I already checked and compared the configuration for the workers and I don't find what could be causing those other salespersons not be visible from the POS.
One detail I noticed is that in the company wjhere the salespersons are all visible from the POS, inside the Worker configration I can see the TAB labeled "Compensation" and I can go in and assign the Sales Groups. On the other compenies, the same workers don't show that TAB.
I'll appreciate any help you could provide on this regard, and if more info is requiered I'll be happy to provide it.
