US sales tax - tracking sales tax

Dear 

we need to track the combined state and local tax rate of up to 8.25% as follow:

  • State 6.25%
  • City 0.25% - 2%
  • County 0.5% - 1.5%
  • Transit Authority 0.25% - 1% depending on Local rate
  • Special Purpose District 0.125% - 2%

  1. Is there anyway we can Setup the sales tax in a way so the user can enter the amount of each of the above taxes instead of being calculated by AX, since the city, county and other taxes are not fixed rate. can we have the user enter them?

your suggestions are much appreciated
