workflow notification

Hello, please can somebody helps me with workflow in D365 ? I have set up workflow for courses, but i need get notification when my manager approve my request. where i can set it ? i have set notification in workflow dynamics AX, but it seems that doesnt work, or have i set up something in dynamics talent ?

    This should work..its working for me. You need to setup the notifications > Specify when notification should be sent > Enter notification text > Add recipient > workflow user. Also can you check workflow batch jobs are up and running.

    i couldnt post image here, but notifications is set up in properties - recipient - workflow user. i have workflo in dynamics AX.

    I use dynamics 365 for talent. but the workflow should be the same principe.

    i have set up notifacations here :

    but notification doesnt work.

    Hi Petra,

    What production do you use? Why about Talent?

    In D365FO, do you successfully setup email parameter and test it?

    Do you select email template in workflow?

    Do you run the email distributor batch?

    Do you fill in email in your user options?

    Hello Petra,

    Have you enabled the workflow notifications in your user options?

    There is a specific parameter that must be enabled.

    Otherwise you won't get hose notifications.
