HI,
I have created a folder in outlook, but when I try to configure folder level tracking, the drop down is blank. I couldn't see any folders there.
Any pointers?

Have you configured this at server level too (as below)
its already Done and the mailbox is also enabled but still the drop down is blank. Please help
I can see that its last synchronized on Jan 6th
