Hi all
I have approve workflow enabled for free text invoice, and I am using it normally and post the invoice normally without problems.
Suddenly I found the post button in free text invoice disabled for any new invoices.
Then I created another version for the workflow and it works fine, but after 2 days the posting was disabled again.
Does anyone know what is the problem?
I have AX 2012 R2 CU7

Hi Khiat,
I have not seen this behaviour before. Can you check it this applies to all new invoices? Normally the button is only not enabled when the invoice is posted, or pending in a workflow.
Also there is some localization from Russsia where they check something with recurring invoices.
Can you take a look at the workflow history to see if they are really ended or still pending? Then it might be related to the recurring batches for workflow.
