    Hi,

    If field ID for "BED Amount" in Purch. Inv. Line & Purchase Line is same (ID - 13757), it should automatically transfer the value.

    I have checked the working in my IN database and found working fine as needed.

    Field value is getting transferred at

    "Copy Document Mgt." > CopyPurchInvLinesToDoc Function

    //Coding

    FromPurchLine.TRANSFERFIELDS(FromPurchInvLine);

    If at all is not working, You can assign the variables in that function and add the required code before following line.

    FromPurchLineBuf.INSERT;

    Hope it helps.

    Hi Sarvanan,

    You are right. The standard functionality of Copy Document does not calculate/copy the tax elements. As suggested in one of the responses, you can forward this request to Microsoft India.

    These fields are in lines. The original Purchase Invoice document having these field values, but when we copy using "Copy document" in Purchase credit memo, these fields are not copying, eventhough "Recalculate lines" are not selected.

    Hi,

    No, "Recalculate Lines" option has not been selected.  Still, these fields are not copying.

    Hi,

    Do not select "Recalculate Lines" at Copy Purchase Document screen. In this case, It would copy all the above mentioned fields in your Credit Memo Document.

    If you select the "Recalculate Lines" option, system would refresh these fields value (by validating qty / amount fields). In this case, you need to calculate the structure to get the system calculated value.

    Hope this helps.

    if it is a customization, then it's a bug from the development. otherwise it's a bug in the localization. in that case please contact microsoft support.
