Issue with report printing in AX 2012 R3

I am facing a issue with report printing in AX 2012 R3.

 

We are having a customized report with 2 columns for address. We can add address  in report from the front dialog as well for one column.

 

When we are generating report on Screen with blank address, users are able to print the report.

 

But the issue is when users are trying to print the report by adding address to it, it is not going to printer. It is also not giving any error when sent to printer, but not printing.

 

I have checked the design of report, it seems fine to me. I have checked the event viewer of reporting server , no logs are present for particular event. i have even tried restarting reporting services, AOS services .

 

So need your suggestions if anyone of you have faced this kind of issue in past.

 

Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.

    Let's forget the printer for a moment which is external device.

    Can you run the report on-screen view with the address data?

    do you have enabled remote errors on reporting server?

    any debugging that you might have done?

    Hi,

    You can do a test run from Visual Studio to check if the datasets get right data and the layout is ok.

    It is printing perfect ( With or Without address)on screen . The problem is when we are sending it to printer. I have tried debugging code but not able to find anything as it is printing fine on Screen.

    Thanks for your reply. It is printing fine on screen from the temp database. We are having problem when im sending it to printer after successful printing on screen.

    I found out something on my report issue..While entering address in dialog box if we press  ENTER after a line it doesnt print but if we enter address in dialog box without pressing ENTER it goes to printer.

    It is very strange to you. Has anybody faced this kind of issue before.

    Need your suggestions.
