Copilot is not able to add in field service app to draft emails

Hi Team,

I attempted to configure Copilot in the Field Service App following Microsoft's documentation, ensuring all steps were followed to enable Copilot. Despite trying both with India and United States regions and using the system admin role, I'm unable to see Copilot for drafting emails. Any assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Partner,

According to Microsoft documentation, it appears that copilot in field service does not yet have the ability to draft emails.

It seems that this feature can be achieved in the sales or customer service app.

Hi,

I am in an environment that contains the Sales Hub app and I am trying to enable Copilot for the Field Service app.

However, Copilot cannot be displayed in the side pane in Field Service.
So, this could be due to product design restriction.
