invent table item not available in released product

Hi, 

 i have Released a product  and its available in invent table , but its not visible in released product item. 

when i delete the item and release it again i get the following error " 

Cannot create a record in Item table (RetailInventTable). Item number: 10140.
The record already exists. " 

any suggestion are Welcome.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your answers. i didn't have time to debug my issue, so i simply deleted the released product from the relevant table and released the Product again and the issue got solved.

    Hi Ram Kumar.

    Please check released products > periodic > open product releases. I had a similar problem in the past and the solution was in this form. It seems the release process was blocked and did not run to the end.

    If something is not visible in a form, that is usually down to missing reference fields or joined records.

    It is likely broken due to a customization, or incorrectly created/imported data.

    Check what tables are joined against the formdatasource on the form with an inner join, and then within Table browser you could try to find following the table relations that which record is missing, that prevents showing the record.
