Bulk deletion rule to delete Contacts with no Activity

Hello!
 
Hoping someone can help me with a bulk deletion rule I want to set - to do the following, in order:
 
Check if the Contact has an activity related to their record in the last 3 years (via Due Date and/or Last Updated),
Then check if the contact has no activity related to their record
Then finally, if no activity listed, check the modified date on the Contact record and delete if older than 3 years.
 
This is what I've got so far but this doesn't meet the requirement!
 
Any help greatly appreciated!

    Hi,
    We can only select 'Activities(Regarding) one time:'
    --Filtering is either relevant or irrelevant.
    Based on your needs:
    Check if the Contact has an activity related to their record in the last 3 years (via Due Date and/or Last Updated),
    Then check if the contact has no activity related to their record
    1.Create two bulk deletion rules to filter contacts. 
     
    2.These two can be summarized as follows: the contact person has no activity within three years.
    If so, you can refer to the following blog:
