My company is still using an older version of Microsoft Dynamics AX and is in the early stages of upgrading. We are experiencing a glitch when creating BTO (build to order) items in which the component return pricing sometimes blanks out on a sales order when pricing is adjusted for the parent item. Has anyone else experienced this same issue? Are we setting the items up incorrectly to begin with? To the best of my knowledge support is no longer offered for the version we are using but we need assistance in the interim until our upgrade is complete.
