Only Print Select Labels from a PO - NAV 2009

Currently when printing labels from a PO in our shipping and receiving department, they only have the ability to print ALL the labels associated with a PO, not just some of the labels and not just the received items' labels. When getting 60% of a PO shipped in, then printing 100% of the labels, finding it impossible to keep and track the leftover labels, getting the next 15% of that PO in, printing again 100% of the labels, etc...

The only other way is a customized page that lets someone manually enter in ALL the details of each item and then printing them from there, which isn't scalable when you have 100s of items coming in.

There has got to be a better way! Does anyone have a way to run labels for backorders from a PO or something similar?

I am sorry but i don't think that is a standard navision feature, that is a customization or add-on. Unfortunately i can't check how it works.

Are you using any add-on to print labels, when you mentioned labels, what labels are you referring to ?

Provide a screenshot how you printing those, i believe this is a customization.
