Lookup field shows in quick create form only 3 records, can I expand this, without going to advanced find.

Can I change the size of the records that are found, now only 3 records are visible, I would like to see more..

    Hello BrutusG,

    In CRM 4.0 you were able to change the size of this window to enable more records to be displayed in the list.

    Has this functionality been removed in 2013.

    Hi BrutusG,

    The size of the lookup view dialog is fixed, so you just can see these records if you don't drag button in the pane.

    I did this but it still only shows 3. See below. Any ideas?

    Hi BrutusG,

    By default,the lookup field show recent records, you need click all records to view more records:

    You can go settings > Customizations > Customize the system> entities > open one entity > Forms to open the quick create form.

    Then double-click the lookup field, check the option:

    save and publish.
