We have a couple of health and safety admins that need access to D365 HR's Compliance workspace in order to maintain Injury & Illness records, but we would rather not give them full HR admin access if at all possible.
Is there a dedicated built-in role for this type of access? I can't seem to find one, and have tried creating one myself to no avail. I created a "H&S Admin" role with the below duties. Logging into a test account with the role and trying to access Complience gives me a Null Reference exception message.
Custom "H&S Admin" duties:
- Access compliance workspace
- Enable case management
- Inquire into case management policies
- Inquire into case management reference data inquiries
- Inquire into case progress
- Inquire into employee case progress
- Inquire into employee cases
- Inquire into records needed for compliance reporting
- Inquire into workplace incident records needed for OSHA reporting
- Maintain cases
- Maintain employee cases
