Atlas xl in-document templates and batch tasks

We are an AX 2009 Atlas 4.0 shop.

I was able to create Atlas table append upload Excel templates and test them successfully for three tables (InventTable, InventTableModule, InventItemLocation). However, I'm stymied on two points:

 

1. Converting a template into an in-document template

2. Creating batch tasks to upload to multiple tables in one shot

 

I'm looking for the keystrokes to accomplish these tasks.
